Let’s Get This Started

So there’s something wrong with my hip. I’ve seen a physiotherapist and am now booked with a registered massage therapist and osteopath to get myself back on track. It’s been about 8 months since I’ve felt pains from even just walking!

I guess that’s been my excuse all winter to avoid running (completely valid by the way!). I did attempt yoga which was great but it cleaned out my wallet. And of course I did the occasional hike, bike ride and yes (slapping hand) I ran. Now I’m reaching deep inside for some self motivated morning stretches and thigh/leg workout routine.

Do you have any suggestions?
